Brian and Tyler of Florida Georgia Line are now dealing with courtroom drama.  They’re facing a lawsuit over a check that bounced ON them!  According to court documents, FGL played the Country Explosion festival in Salt Lake City last month.  The promoter gave their road manager a check for $205,000, but asked him not to deposit it for three days.  The manager -  in turn -  deposited it the very next day – and it bounced.  He then told Music Row colleagues about the bounced check and that’s the basis of the lawsuit – that FGL defamed the Country Explosion brand and has allegedly made it impossible for the promoter to book artists for next year’s festival.  Country Explosion is seeking $15 million from Florida Georgia Line and their manager claiming defamation and breach of contract.  Brian and Tyler claim they still haven’t been paid for the show.
