Syria is reportedly ready to come clean on its chemical weapons stash.  CNN reports the nation is ready to stop production and disclose supply locations.  The nation will also show facilities to United Nations inspectors.  Syria accepted terms today of a Russian proposal to place the weapons in the hands of the international community.  There are also reports the country wants to join the chemical weapons ban treaty.

President Obama is due to address the nation tonight at 9 p.m. Eastern.  He's been pushing Congress for approval on military strikes after a suspected chemical weapons attack last month on Syrian people that killed hundreds.
