"Glee" is welcoming Adam Lambert to its ever-growing list of guest stars this Thursday.
The singer is starting his multi-episode arc as the show takes on the hits of Katy Perry and Lady Gaga.
As "Glee" moves on from its emotional Cory Monteith tribute episode, Chris Colfer's Kurt decides to start a band in New York, with the help of Santana, Rachel and Demi Lovato's character Dani. Adam plays Elliott "Starchild" Gilbert, the only person who shows up for Kurt's audition. Unfortunately, his performance of Gaga's "Marry The Night" only incites jealousy out of Kurt, starting up a new rivalry.
In a promo for the new episode, Adam says he's a fan of both Gaga and Katy. He calls the two "fabulous," "over the top" and "at the top of their game." Adam adds that as a fan on the show, being on set was "surreal" and that he feels it's "a good fit."
