Kellie Pickler and Wynonna Judd are beginning their run on "Dancing With the Stars." The country singers are among the 12 celebrities taking part in the 16th season of the reality show, which begins on ABC Monday night.
"Dancing" marks the second reality show competition for Pickler, who launched her career on "American Idol" in 2006. She's also the first former "Idol" to compete on "Dancing." Kellie has said she agreed to take part in the show at the urging of her grandfather, who's a big fan of the series.
Wynonna signed on for the show in part because of her husband Cactus Moser's motorcycle accident last summer. She's explained that with the show she's doing something for herself after devoting the past several months to Cactus' recovery.
On the show Kellie will be working with Derek Hough, while Wynonna has been paired with Tony Dovolani. T
heir competition includes NFL star Jacoby Jones, boxer Victor Ortiz, Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman, actors D.L. Hughley and Andy Dick, and former "Bachelor" Sean Lowe.
